question Listing / Holding / Outbound. What's your favorite selling technique?

I always wonder what other domainers are doing in regards to selling. It seems that domain investors employ their own selling strategies to a certain (or a mix of all) specialty and stick with what works. So we know that the most common selling techniques are usually listing domains on various auction platforms; holding domains passively and waiting for end users to approach you; and actively selling via outbound marketing.

So what is your favorite? What works best for you? What do you enjoy doing most?
