Jeeepers! Thanks for this post @Cynthia - very informative indeed.

That .na renewal fees are insane!... I struggle to understand the logic behind ridiculous renewals fees like that

Thanks @Cynthia. Good to know.

I'm from Trinidad and Tobago, and the fees are expensive. However, I believe that nic.tt list the fees differently from what you've quoted. For non TT citizens, it's 600 US for 3 years for name.tt, and 2000 US for 3 years for letter.tt (ex a.tt). The fees are also cheaper for locals.

Some Chinese people have apparently developed on dot-tt domains, eg 88.tt, 5.tt etc. And I see that most (maybe all) of the numeric dot-tt domains already registered are registered to entities in China. It'll be good to understand the reason for their interest in dot-tt.

Country codes are quite strong in some countries and if your site was going well you may not be too fussed by the fees, these are for businesses, not domainers

Isn't .CF free to register? It also seems that .NR, the ccTLD of Nauru, could have its place on this list. Prices seem to range from €500 to more than a €1.000.
