I also don't know where to valuate for free .tech? Obviously common sense prevails. Or paid/membership appraisals... But anyone know a free check for other extensions?? :D

Stay away from TM and brand domains!!!

I wonder about the LLL market and TM issues.

Great article. It appears that short 3 letter acronyms are popular. I'd imagine with time one word domains will become more popular as well. So those of you with nice generic one word .tech domains may want to hold onto them for at least another a year or so.

I'm hoping that the same trend with .io where doc.io and other short word domains went for really high on flippa.

I wouldn't touch a .tech domain with that kind of renewal fee. They are $29.88 at Uniregistry and I am very confident that the renewal fees will drop since they are pushing the .tech extension pretty hard and don't want most the domains to drop when renewals come around. Doesn't look good on the extension. Just as with .co, You can expect a 10-25% drop per year until they feel comfortable.

I have no idea, as far as I know, all 3L and 3N non-premium .tech domain is already taken, mostly by chinese registrants.
