How to register .ca domain

Any one ?

CIRA, the .CA registry, has strict residency, company, and organization requirements for registering and owning .CA domains.

You can possibly do by using a proxy. Not saying to use these guys but many people do it this way it will cost you extra and not sure how the ownership will be handled but just get a trustworthy registrar that deals with this. Just type into google using a proxy for a .ca name and you will get some reigstrars that deal with this

Partner up with a Canadian.
No matter what registrar you use, you will still have to deal with Cira (see link @Adam27 provided)
