How doesn't it make any logical sense? Just because it might not be a exact match keyword with high searches doesn't mean it has no serious value. It has value because it has a niche which is clearly fever relief. Sure, the domain isn't FeverRelief.com but the word Help is related to the word relief in terms of providing assistance to overcome something.

He already has the domain so lets try and be positive about our fellow domainer.

If you want to hear sugar coated BS, you have a great domain here, I think a drug company would pay upwards of 10,000,000 for it, I wonder why it was sitting unregistered, and all other extensions are NOT taken

HugeDomains owned it for 2 years with a parking page, and a price on it, no takers, and they finally dropped it. Maybe you can do better
