advice If I want to buy in .net, what would be best niche

This is kind hard to say exactly what would be best, as it would depend on what isn't available in a .com for a certain niche.

I've always done good in Tech related domains personally, when it comes to the .net extension.

Is it 6N.net good to buy with 4 and 0? as I guess all chips in 6N.net gone

I'm not big in to the numeric CHiPs, but if you go by the .com's, then you might just want to add another digit and go for 7n CHiPs.

7N is a long shot.

I think 6N dot net with 0 will be get good bet. Given the fact that 6N chips are gone. next will be domains with 0 and then 4

I agree with you. I was just saying that instead of getting some 6N's with 4's and 0's, maybe 7N's without would be better. Personally, I wouldn't have gone past 4N-5N in the .net's.

Yes thats what it looks like from my last scan.

Ok, I was confused from last night and wanted to buy few.. I see that there are few better patterns with 4 as well in 6N.net

Buy domains with maximum 8 in the domain. Avoid 4 as much as possible as its the most hated.
if you find domain like 444132.net the you can buy it else just plainly ignore it.

All the triple repeating chips in 5L.com like ZZZKP.COM are gone. So try to get some in 5L.net. There are plenty available. For $1.99 at domain.com, it is worth the gamble. But it is just my suggestion. Do your own diligence

Is there any 4 repeating patterns in 5L.net?

I have checked some random ones. But I believe they are taken. So try to get triple repeating letters at the start or at the end without A,E,I,O,U,V ,L,N,P,R,Q

I would only invest in LL, LLL, NN and NNN .nets

Single word, NNN, LLL are good.
