Need help with domain transfer without my permission (Stolen)

Today my domain have been transfered to another account without my permission.I buy this domain from flippa and successfully transfered to my account on 02-Nov-2015. But i got an email which is suspected as phishing email that request authorization to transfer out my domain. But i do not click any link in that email because im not planning to sell or transfer this domain.

Already call networksolution support but they cant help me because the domain already transfer to another account.

First, scan your computer for virus and spyware. I suspect your computer is planted with keylogger and trojan.
Second, get an internet firewall software. Update windows, install all security patches from Microsoft.
Third, one cannot just grab your domain out of space. "Something" must have happened. You must tell your story very clearly. I suspect some information is missing.
Fourth, i recommend you contact networksolutions for best answer.
Fifth, after scanning and cleaning your computer completely. Change all passwords.
Sixth, contact flippa and the seller who sold you the domain, and ask for what happened.
Seventh, is there ip log in network solutions? You can report for illegal login access to your account and revoke the push isn't it? I am sure they have ip logged everytime.
Eighth, you should contact the proper netsol department, ask to contact the security department, and not the general support department, ask to escalate the issue if needed.
Ninth, if all fails, get a lawyer.

Thanks for your help sir. I buy this domain and have been tranfered to my account 02-Nov-2015.In 09-Nov-2015 i receive an email from network solution sound like this

"We appreciate the opportunity to serve your online needs. We recently received a request to transfer the following domain name(s) from your account:" ....

i just ignore this email and delete the email.I do not click any link in this email.Today when i check my networksolution there is no domain in my account.Still waiting for the seller's respond if he can help.

You are welcome. In the meantime, SCAN your computer and update windows if you havent done so. And update this thread on HOW it happened so people are aware.

Is it transferred out from netsol, or pushed to another netsol account?

Transferred within netsol.I still wait for seller respond.I will update later.

I am very confused now. Did you buy or sell this domain. You said you wait for seller to respond. Then now you said there is no respond from the buyer. What is happening?

I buy the domain from flippa and now the domain have been transferred (without my permission) to somebody else account. Whois still mine but there is no domain in my account.

Is it the seller able to pull the domain back to their account?

In that case, I think you must again, ask netsol for best answer and point of direction. You must ask why the domain has been pushed to another account. Why the domain is under my whois contact but not in my account. Under what circumstances can a domain be pull out of my account without my authorization. Why is this happening. I cannot speak for netsol I am sorry because I am not a representative from netsol.

When you get an email saying a request was received for transfer, it usually says that if you ignore the email then the transfer will proceed and that you have 5 days to contact the registrar to cancel the transfer. In other words, by ignoring the email you approved the transfer.

Im new with networksolution. My bad to assume its same with godaddy that need to click the link to approve.
