How many active listings do you think you'd like at one time? We're going to add an upgrade option. Looking for more feedback first. Thanks!

6-8 in liquid
3-6 in regular would be sufficient.
(9-14 total)
and 1 wanted ad not counting against sales threads would be great

Another idea...no limit to sales threads for the highest level accounts (business, vip, pro, something new, etc . . )
Likely the member would only post as many threads as they are comfortable managing . .

We'd probably have to impose some sort of limit, just to prevent a single entity from flooding the marketplace--even if it's based on threads posted in a given timeframe, rather than total count. However, in the future, I think we should look for ways we can make a limitless account level possible without causing chaos or problems for free members.

Setting up another level is something to consider....but I don't like unlimited
More posts and possibly more sig privileges could be perks, but discretion needs to be used. (some of the sigs on this forum are practically novellas)
The problem you run into is spamming the forum because they pay an extra 10 bucks or whatever. So it has to be something that people realize can be revoked if it is abused....at NP's sole discretion. A warning or 2 (or not) and it is gone.

Also....I don't mind paying to support the forum and for value added membership but there are members here who are really good contributors that may not be able to pay but deserve the privileges of a higher member level.
It would be nice to be able to give them a little perk like this in recognition.

So for awhile we seemed to have two groupings of six? liquid and regular/wanted/fixed/make offer...that worked well.

Is it possible to bring back a 6 max limit in sales thread cap without a wanted ad counting against the six?

Or perhaps raising the total number of possible live threads from 6 to 8?

We will be adding the new account level soon.

The tentative plan is for it to allow 10 active listings and bumps every 12 hours.

Yes, that was an oversight that we fixed recently.

Would the new plan that I described be sufficient?

That sounds sufficient, especially if the account level isn't much more expensive...

I'll try to get the new account level done this upcoming week. There are a few things that still need to be changed on the backend for us to add it. Soon.

Update: Been helping with the fundraising auctions, but I should be able to get to this soon.

Until we have a moment to create the new account level, all paid Business Accounts will be allowed 10 active sales threads in the marketplace, as a sort of "sneak peek" at the upcoming account level.

So current business accounts get 10 listings amd 12 hour bumps ? Some users said they can make only 6. What is the latest update about these? Are they going to be like this 10 listings, 12 hour?

Bumps are once per 24 hours.

There are no new updates at this time.
