Yes getting some offers for Leadership.Training. The best part is that the domain is getting 2 or 3 uniques a day which I think is good. I am still not sure to try an auction at Flippa.

Try staying away from domains that end up being 3+ words especially long-tail domains like PreciousMetals.Investments no matter how tempted you may be. It's not a good choice. Use Google's Keyword Planner and try to buy domains that are competitive. https://adwords.google.com/KeywordPlanner#search

If you're going to buy domains in new GTLDs, you need to focus on the strongest names possible in those extensions. health.clinic financial.services personal.finance my.discount free.cash etc just examples in the gtlds you've chosen to buy in. Or get at close to top keywords as possible. It's better to spend $100 or so dollars on 1 good quality name then $25 for 4 sub par names. Quality not Quantity. Make an exhaustive list of top keywords that usually sell on the aftermarkets and try those.

I saw that Namecheap had .XYZ for a dollar each, so I bulk searched about 10,000 keywords (yeah, kind of crazy) and came up with these domains, that were all recently dropped (not renewed):

- Pie .xyz
- Outdoor .xyz
- Casual .xyz
- Environmental .xyz
- Traveling .xyz
- Employee .com
- Employer .com

Ok, .XYZ might "be a new" .WS as some people say, but it was a fun experiment to see if there still were good keywords out there after the initial drops. Also, I paid less than 10 dollars for them all.

I only searched about 23 .xyz and they were all gone. Not because I wanted to reg them but I was curious how far back people had reg'd the alphabet.
w.xyz and every other through abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvw.xyz all taken
