Kinda exotic I know, but this domain used to be a domain for official Ugandan domain registrar. Lots of links pointing to it from domain related sites/directories.
I know 2 players (101 and Marcaria) might be interested in this cause this is what they do, selling exotic country TLDs and they want to rank for certain keywords and redirecting this domain to their Uganda related page will give them boost in Google search results.
One of our employees had a quick chat about it with one of these companies.
Maybe I am wrong here, any thoughts?
