I was born and raised in Norwich.

It seems the majority of UK domainers are in the south east of the country, maybe something in the water!

Every time I try to push something like this forward, life happens - but if anyone wants to arrange a meet, there was definitely a fair amount of interest when I originally put the idea forward!

Would suggest either an evening meet (and drink) in the summer months or something at a mainstream IT event in London, or similar.

Agree. Its not going to appeal to everyone but its a case of getting something off the ground. Keep the first meet very casual and go from there. London makes sense for those closer to the South of England, it may need a handful of organisers to get their area off the ground.
