Much to my shame I have not updated my site for some time. I intend to get it updated asap so any thoughts would be very welcome. I put the whole thing together myself but welcome comments good and bad.

I have around 70 new houses to list. If anyone is interested in earning a few quid to copy and paste HTML to the site let me know.

Hello I will review a few SEO tips and provide a quick review as well.

Good Domain name with keywords. Many say this is not needed anymore, I still think it helps
You have about 56 pages indexed on Google, which is good and they should index your new pages quickly
You seem to be using Google Analytics very good, it will help in many way
I do see a blog section (very good) but not sure if this is a wordpress site, if not see below.
If you are going to re-do the site, have you considered converting it to Wordpress, It's easy to SEO that way, they have a ton of directory themes, easy to list new properties and very easy to continue to add content.
Like the video, You should have a "H1" header right when you pop into the site, to capture or explain what your site can offer your visitors
Think about adding a newletter sign up so you can start a mailing list, easy way to update people on listings
You have some Alt-tags on some images (very good) but not all, this can be HUGE for you if you use keywords in the images.

Thanks Auggie for your advice and comments - I will certainly take them on board. I think your point about adding a newsletter sign up is a very good idea. We tend to have new properties on pretty much a weekly basis, and this would enable me to forward new offers to customers.
