Just created a new site, Snivo.com. It's geared towards fellow domainers, not for general consumers. Feedback on the layout, ease of use, response time, ect would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance and happy domaining!

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
It looks good, very nice and simple, and responsive, and its simplicity means, I can read through all the names within a few seconds, which is another plus, the only the improvement i would say is that maybe add a hover colour change for the "add cart" button, however it not necessary.

@nish20111 - Thanks for the feedback! I took your advice and added a hover color to the "add to cart" button. Let me know what you think.

Looks very Impressive. I want to suggest some changes that can more glow your website, although its very very awesome.

The domain names should be some eye-catching design with with good font color as they are not much visible though.

If the domain names appears much colorful it would be more awesome as names on your website is awesome!

Hope this helps you out!

I like it. I'm also jealous of it. Which is high praise :)

It looks great, but the add to cart button totally draws your attention away from the actual names of the domains.

I would reverse their styling. Make the domain titles white with the black background box and then make the add to cart button a white box (with border). The button can also reverse colors on hover (use an animation so it fades in and out).

@stub If you like it that much, I may be interested in trading it. :D

I can't access it from work - Your organization's policy prohibits access to websites categorized as Anonymizing Proxies.

Most non-fishy/illegal websites I can access so maybe there is something in the history of the domain that needs to be cleared??

That's odd. I wonder if anyone else has the same issue.

I really like it - it had me going through all the domains which I is the main goal. One thing I would as is both and upper case and lowercase spelling of the domains in the details because a few I was confused if and L or and i. such as:

example.com
EXAMPLE.COM

Very nice work, did you use all custom php?

Thanks for the advice. :) I'll have to implement that. And its on Wordpress. Found a theme I liked and did a lot of custom work to it.

I tried looking for more details, but I can't find anything. We use Sophos Web Protection, so maybe email them and ask why it might be showing up as an Anonymizing Proxy?

EDIT: http://www.sophostest.com/utm/

Also, if you are on shared hosting, is it a host that has a lot of shady sites? Could be the IP being marked, not the domain..

It's on shared hosting for the moment. That's probably the issue.

I dig the site, especially just the black & white. But I'd probably change the font color of the names, make them pop out just a bit more.

Looks good, nice job. If you add more domains in the future, you may want to add filter by category. Flat pricing is very helpful. As someone else said before, it would be good to downplay the buy now button just a little bit.

The first thing that stuck out to me is that your social sharing is to the right of the site. It's an argument for call-to-action placement to be on the right, rather than the left. In marketing, I was taught to the left in some cases, most likely because of the studies done.

I didn't read the full article, but here is a nice site describing left verses right and the scientific studies to back it up with additional commentary from visitors.

During the Obama campaign (or Obamacare), I'm fairly certain that the CTA was changed to the right (even though he was looking to the left, or I may have that confused as this was years ago) as opposed to more traditional views, but it was a simplistic design and not text-heavy (collecting emails). -- Anybody remember this landing page?

Furthermore, people are trained that social sharing widgets are typically to the left as seen on this random Forbes article.

Sharing should be a focal point for your brand to expand. I would recommend either switching it, after reviewing sites such as Forbes, or running an A/B test with a heat map.

I like the simplistic, down to earth, design. Nothing more that I would change or suggest, except keep adding domain names for sale. :)

Good luck!
