  • As many people watch this thread to be notified of new codes, please keep discussion to other threads. This isn't a suitable place to discuss the pros and cons of GoDaddy's service, though such posts are certainly welcome elsewhere.

Important Note
Please note that this thread is only for information that directly leads to discounts at GoDaddy.

If you are looking to discuss the recent changes to GoDaddy's promo code policy, please use this thread.

If you have been banned from GoDaddy as a result of alleged promo code abuse, please use this thread.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
1 coupon works only for 1 domain.

Sometimes you'll have a coupon that will work for more than 1, but those are rare.

Even those you have to do 1 domain at a time quite often.....

Got a question about GD promo codes, are there codes that apply to the whole cart?

Ex. i got 10 domains in my cart, when i use any code it only apply to the first domain on the list...

It depends: 0.99 regs and similars apply to the first domain only, and usually lead a discounted price for others domains in your cart.
Renewal codes (unfortunately not available at this time) and others apply to the whole cart.

Tried to use CJC35NEWC for discounted Domain Discount Membership, but it seems like it expired.
Any coupon about this ?
Thanks in advance!

Just managed to obtain a 30% discount on Domain Discount Club, using coupon IAP35NEWC.
Hope this can help somebody.
(BTW: I considered the option of joining DDC for a while, against the oppportunity of moving to Name.com ..
Finally I considered best this solution, but I'd love to know your opinion about this, thanks)

Don't let them lure you in! No renewal codes for domains you want to keep and it's like $16 bucks after a year with cross-sells, up-sells and retention's! :xf.eek:

J/K, used some of these... forgot to thank who I got what from and report on which ones worked where these past few weeks. Usually they all work from Japan, but for some reason I am redirected to the CA or UK website.

Using Uniregistrys' Domain Tracker seems beneficial to coupon clippers since GD has no renewal codes at the time. It'll automatically transfer your domains in (if auth code is provided) near expiration at their transfer rate ($12.88 [tiered discounts] as opposed to GoDaddy's $16.99 .com [assuming no DDC]). After which, you can see if GD is having a transfer promotion for [insert cc/n/g/TLD here] and save a few extra bucks going back and forth. Another neat-o thing they added was Document.Link which you can upload documents concerning your sales or anything related to that specific domain name (parking revenue, etc.). Could go on and on...

Worth checking it out to save money on renewals as there aren't any at the moment through GD.

I'll be sure to smack that like button if I use a code next time (for tracking purposes as well). :P

(Not a bias post whatsoever, I do use coupons for names from time to time... but I definitely don't let them sit in my cart for too long. :xf.cool:)

Belated thanks to all for sharing the coupons and if you come across renewals in any cc/n/g/TLD, be sure to post them! :xf.rolleyes:

It's still cheaper to use the DDC coupon code for $55/year with $8.17 renewals, you'd be paying $4.70 more per transfer/renewal at Uniregistry. Meaning if you transferred at least 13 names to Uniregstry you would've already paid for the DDC membership and after that you save $4.70 per renewal.

@rockefeller , I pay a tad less with Uniregistry than quoted. The only bad part about DDC is it can "cost you" money if you find a 99 cent coupon in the form of being ineligible to use it as a DDC member. Supposing that new .com coupons are published in batches of 10 per month, that's 120 domains a year that you could register for a little over $120 with ICANN fees. Of course, you have renewals coming up, but there are quick flips on some hand regs at those prices that can keep people satisfied and make it worth while to follow either route: coupon clip or DDC.

I just gave an option of saving money by pretty much rotating your inventory around, DDC or otherwise.

If you take $8.17 + the $55 for 1 domain rather than a 99 cent domain verses a flat $12.88 per domain, you will end up paying more if you are a coupon clipper and DDC is not beneficial to you.

However, if you register a 99 cent domain and it's one you feel you should hold on to for some time, it's in your best interest to transfer it out at a reduced cost rather than renew it at the full price. Wait it out another year and there may be another GoDaddy coupon that allows that transfer to come back in at a 1/3rd of the cost... if you get my drift.

Just my 2 cents (as to why I'm not a DDC member), though, I do like getting sweet picks with coupons and transferring them out when the time comes.

Anywhoo... keep them rolling in! Some SSL certs would be nice for EV/multiple domain/wild card (if possible, I haven't seen one that supports multiple domain and wild card). Those are off the hook expensive.

* By all means I'm not insulting anyone by referring to you as "coupon clippers". It's just a term that I grew up with and continue to use on gas, etc. from receipts since it's like $6/gallon here.

I understand what you're saying but I am a DDC member and am eligible to use the codes, the problem is that I have already used them in the past but every once in awhile I find ones that work.

Yeah, that's why I'm going to start making a list of all the ones posted here. Some users are suggesting that they're being recycled or have usage terms attached to them. Not too had to run down a list of 100 coupons and copy/paste/apply. :xf.wink:
