Red Dragon
The Exorcism of Emily Rose
Rosetta
Kissed
The Magdalene Sisters
Le Dîner de Cons

Also very good films:

Documentaries: best I've seen was "Welcome to North Korea" by Peter Tetteroo.

Let me finalise this post by adding I'll happily watch any Natalie Portman film purely for the sake of the fact that she's the closest to a goddess you will find on earth. :xf.love:

About 1/2 the DVDs I own are comic-book adaptions. lol The Spider-Man's and X-Mens are fantastic.

My fave has always been 'the Crow.' It's among the most stylish movies of the 1990s and the star, Brandon Lee, died with such an eerie resemblance to Heath Ledger... the ONLY reason Heath was nominated for an Oscar was out of pity since the Academy ignores comic adaptions. They made an exception for Heath but wouldn't for Brandon. Heath DID deserve the win, of course, but Brandon should have won an Oscar for this :p
