Running two half marathons (did my first one this year) in 2011, doing a better job on the intake (ie., diet & portion control), and definitely making and saving more money ... I successfully quit chewing tobacco on December 28th, 2003 so I think I'll stick with these for sure. :music:

Also, while online, to *warn* as many people as I can about the tribulations and potential - read, probable collapse of the extension - pitfalls of investing in the lowly ".TV" ccTLD (for the teeny isle of Tuvalu)! :yell: :imho:

just wait a bit longer each time , although i was old school and after 27 years just gave up , none of these crappy patches , the thing is if you really want to give up you will and surprisingly after a short time you forget about them and if you do think of lighting up you only do it for a few seconds and then something else is on your mind , good luck

Stop eating too much and have an exercise. I'm still planning go in gym but I'm still thinking about it.

1. Eating better and smaller portions of everything.

2. Working out, mostly walking more.

I actually started my first New Year's resolution back in September and have lost about 30 pounds. Slow and steady as she goes. I have more to lose, but I figure that 3-5 pounds a month is best. If less than that, it's okay. I'm in this for life, not for some short-term goal.

No food is forbidden, but portions are small. I don't eat anything I don't like, even if it's "good for me." I find that eating food that nourishes both body and spirit works best for me and is sustainable.

I started the exercise part on 12/27, 3 days ago.



Domaining is such a sedentary activity, so I had to do something or turn into an immoveable Queen Bee.

i have a walk each day due to chronic arthritis , keeps me loose and makes the mind work while enjoying the scenery around

no weight gain over xmas , people must go crazy i am thinking , it's one day and some people put on a few kilos , in australia it's summer so you are probably trying to look good in your swimming costume
