Hello, I think it would be pretty useful to keep track of all LLLL.com sales , even the little ones under $100 so that , pretty soon , when the available LLLL.com will be finished , we`ll have a better idea on market prices.

It is important that these sales are confirmed. So before to post, make sure payment went OK.

I will start with todays` Sedo confirmed sales:

FISE.com 2,700 Euros
TSRT.com US $760
VEUP.com US $1,700

Also, I found interesting to see this average LLLL, getting bids up to $51 and reserve not me. It says it all.

Afternic will rarely ever sell your names at these prices.

Only the names they own sell for these amounts.

I got taken advantage of by one of their account execs, never again, guess he's now working for m$.

You must have a very good strategy as I can't remember any sale from you for less than $500.

Congrats!

Sapu is too cheap for that price. Buyer got a real deal :P

Yes and No. For an CVCV.com its cheap and have good letters.
Problematic is that first three letters are well known TM. This could lead to problems if parked.

Without parking there should be some other good revenue source or development plan.

I try to treat my LLLL.com domains as a higher standard of quality since most have 3 commonly used letters, or 4 in China, and if a buyer really wants it they will pay something fair for everyone.

My belief is that LLLL.com is a serious business asset and deserves to be negotiated like a business instead of a hobby.

If more sellers demanded higher prices for good quality domains, then prices would rise overall.

---------- Post added at 10:06 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:02 AM ----------

I have a tentative sale of an LLLL.com with 3 premiums and a Q in the 3rd letter for $400 in China.

They want to use an escrow service at 4.cn, but I have never previously dealt there and am looking for advice if this is a safe and appropriate service for selling through.

Thanks,
Steve

Thanks for the quick advice on 4.cn

Those 3 domains at Pool were great buys.
Too bad I was preoccupied when they dropped.

I agree Steve and you do very well so congrats again. Maybe you should share some of your techniques used to sell them at those prices so other people will stop flipping between domainers and seek the true potential with endusers.

I've just sold XSOO.com there for 450 RMB, currenty in transfer. The buyer pays 4.cn, the seller pushes or transfers the name to the buyer (same way as escow.com), 4.cn verifies the transfer and releases payment.

Wow, Afternic seems to be doing pretty well with LLLL.coms at the moment. Vial is certainly worth a good price, though.

I think Vial.com would have gotten more at an auction..
