Thinks 101domain.com is scam site

I've registered for a .pk domain with 101domain.com since over a week.

Whenever I login to my account, it says " Sent to Registry, Pending create "

I've paid 75 $ for this domain and the company does NOT respond to support tickets for days. Actually I havent even got 1 reply on the support ticket and their live chat keeps you waiting for hours. I wonder if its functional by any means.

Whats your experience with this registrar. Have you ever used them and successfully registered a domain??

"We offer support through our help desk. You are able to login to your account and submit a ticket if needed. The response time is within 24 hours." Thats a bald face lie, they are lazy slobs who are out to rip off the public. I have now waited over a month for my domain name, multiple calls, no answer, multiple support inquiries, no reply. They are a SCAM COMPANY

All I know is that they never stop posting on twitter. Gets annoying after awhile. Think it will be one I block after reading this.

Domain Support is available toll-free from 7AM - 5PM PST Monday-Friday. Live Chat is available from our support staff during these hours as well through our website. Occassionally, support ticket responses are longer than 24-48 hours during times of high volume.

As our website states, .PK domains are not automated regisrations and take approximately a week to register. Sometimes this process take longer as the registry in Pakistan manually reviews each registration for approval.

Thanks for your response anthony but the bottom line is you could not register the .pk domain for weeks. You terminated my account without notice, did not revert to my support ticket for weeks and were completely unprofessional.

It cost me a domain and so I would ask everyone to stay away from 101domain
