I'm clearing gambling and adult out of my portfolio so Im putting this domain up for grabs.
The valid PR2 domain is Escorts-Land.net and its been earning consistently for me since I bought it in April (it had been earning consistantly for the previous owner as well). Earnings are through NameDrive parking, and I can only imagine someone who knows how to optimize and/or develop adult names could get a lot more out of it.
NameDrive monthly earnings were as follows:
April: $30.36
May: $26.76
June: $32.02
July: $29.85
Aug 1-12: $10.65 ~ $27.00 for the whole month

Im looking for offers from $180 which is 6 months rev at $29.75/month (the average of April-July)
