Donny - I know plenty of people who got banned from parked when their account at $20 revenue ,I cannot think of a person who daily earns 20000 dollars at the end of the month the account is still alive. You said the account owner has got good domains , if we think the other side car.com,football.com with parked it gets good advertisement to parked, The other parking companies will tries to get this names parking with them, you only allow this kind of names to earn big revenues or 20000 LLLL.com parked with you , every domains people enter parked.com people remembers you will get new customers, otherwise not quality domains, no alexa rating domains , daily earns 20000 dollars definitly you will ban this kind of account holder.

Sit back and relax and enjoy the ride..

I wonder if Donney is the one who Ron from Dnj reported talking to at a recent Traffic show about a with a new way to monetize. Ron said the company may run with it.

One thing for sure any company that improves parking or a new form of monetizing for domainers will have the first claim on the new frontier.

I can't wait for video advertising to hit parked domains.... or....... pay per sale/lead templates as an alternate option to regular parking.

I'm excited to hear what this is...... sounds fun :)

Thanks Donny. I have over 11,000 domains parked at parked.com and am looking forward to new ways to improve revenues!

Hi ebatcave,

With these number of domains in parked, what is your average daily revenue? Would you mind sharing a bulk park?

I have 2-3K total scattered in other parking services.

Thanks in advance,
em

Hi em,

Unfortunately, 98% of my domains are LLLL's, and they are hard to monetize. I've been developing some of them with content sites which do better, but it's time consuming. I also know if I optomize keywords on these (and possibly take advantage of titles and custom content) they will improve as well. Each day the revenues are going up through daily keyword analysis, trial and error, looking at archive.org and other similar feedback sites. I have some domains that get over 100 visits, but no clicks and others that are getting close to 100% CTRs. It just takes a lot of time and diligence.

So what is your bulk park rev per day?

I asked the questions. Because I'm going for my MBA and no time to monitor my revenue from different parking services. So I will rely to one parking service only if I don't get buyer for my domains.

It's a Holiday today througout Europe and most of the world. A homage to the workers of the world. Strange that the this day is not celebrated in North America where it originated from.

BTW how old is your mom? Is she still very active?

It's always a holiday when you are in New Orleans for a few days. Bourbon Street has been treating me very well.

Donny , You cannot decide people breaking the rules , some persons domains receives fraud traffic because of the exowner of the domain ,they can have a real enemies for make the account holder ban and trying him not take the daily earned 20000 dollars monthly 600000 dollars it is big revenue for who lives in usa or somewhere else. After ban he cannot take this money.parked.com gave 2.3 million usd to computer.com you parked the domain ,the domain can receive fraud traffic it is very possible but you cannot ban this domain from the system or not give the revenue. In my opininon a arbitration service needed to domain parking like ibas , ibas is the united kingdom laws betting arbitration service.Donny you are behaving like a king sometimes you are breaking rules ,you are terminated accounts although your customers are not deserves.People are not give you court because for 300 usd not given revenue , There are a lot of court expenses lawyer expenses , especially internatonal customers are giving flight tickets and they do not give parked to legal court about termination. What are your opinions about arbitration service? If Usa laws pass this for domain parking your termination list will be very small.

epasport - Our fraud team can determine if people are breaking our rules. We have a whole team whose job is to find invalid clicks and fraud. It's not very hard to find them in most cases either. I think you are confusing a few things, you have invalid clicks where a bot or competitors click on your domains with the hope of getting you kicked out. The other one is user fraud, where he owner of the domain clicks on his own domains by many different means.

99.9% of the time we only terminate people when they are clicking on their own domains. Anytime we terminate an account for fraud, we tell our providers that the account was terminated so the revenue is returned to the advetiser.

Actually we paid $2.1M for computer.com since the original company who won the domain didn't pay for the domain. How did we pay for the domain? Maybe we have our own domains that we own. Parked was created based on our own system that we have used for our own domains for the last 7 years. We buy domains all of the time, if you knew anything about tax laws you would understand why we buy big domains.

Our Worker Holiday is Labor Day; first Monday in September.

My mother will be 77 in July. She's an extremely active, feisty old broad. Swears like a sailor. Hasn't missed a football game since 1952. Walks two to five miles a day.

She also picked out a significant number of my health and medical related domains for me - did extensive research on the web, looked for trends and whatnot, and made suggestions based on that (and some of her own experiences)

So I had to cut her in on some of the profits. It was worth it.

(Now I just have to get her developing content for me)

I can tell that something change since 2-3 days. Click rate is the same, but earning for click is much higher comparing to the very low performance of last weeks...(for same domains from 0.02$ to 0.24-0.40...) hopefully it will stay like this..

epasaport :

let me tell you something - parked, together with 3 or 4 other ppc services that i park my domains with are very professional - they do not kick you out or withhold any money if you don't cheat - period !

i park domains since 2002 and i tried many ppc services and not one service did not pay ( of course i don't click on my own ads either )

there are good days and there are !@#$%^& days and one would think after doing this for so long i get used to it - but,no i don't get used to it( and trust me when i say this but donny,my account manager and all the people at parked do their best to work with you to keep you on board )- .... if you don't CHEAT ......

thetruman, I've been noticing this too - same CTR and an uptrend in RPC. I just looked at my "Year to Date' report and it appears the uptrend for me on RPC started on April 1st and has slowly inched up a .01 or .02 cents for the whole portfolio, which on the surface sounds little but can really add up if you get a substantial amount of clicks.

Maybe things are getting a little rosier now that advertisers are seeing higher returns and are upping their bids.

Nice! Another option is to renew for up to 10 years as RJ stated. We'll be looking for more ways to decrease taxes this year.....Either give it to the government or invest in your company is how we look at it.
