People, I must issue a word of warning. The owner of the cmail.com domain name looks suspiciously like an Iranian thief I have dealt with in the past. He stole $35,000 off me for trojan.com. Please, avoid this purchase or check in GREAT detail over its history before beginning to think of proceeding. You will get burnt. All the traits this guy demonstrates are of the same character. You were warned...

Im not the iranian person he refer i Dont even live in that side of the world and i DID NOT TOOk 35,000USD from him in any deal.

here is the email he sent to me:

Im new in the selling domain industry, Im a Honest and Serious Business man. i have no intention to reveal my personal information to people like him in a public Site. and i will only deal with serious buyer that knows the simple ethic rules of all business. Who ever wants to know the past owner of a domain can request them to ICANN

if someone knows how can i make to remove his bad publicity i'll be grateful

People - please, ignore this guy's propaganda. Even if he is genuine and I have false accused him, I URGE you to do your homework on this domain. The Iranian thief notoriously uses either a payment system called "Rialex" or he insists on the transaction going through Sedo. Do not ask me why Sedo allow this. They're useless. So please just be very careful, examine the domain's history and contact previous owners before putting down the cash.

Complaint

you're making false statements circulating harmful rumors about a me and business, financial and personal standing.

i have many domains listed in Sedo, as far as i know is one of the leading company in the market i also have domains in afternic.com, im willing to use any method like Escrow.com or which ever the buyer propose after i investigate it well over the internet and that it show as Trust and Serious Method.

I will not allow more of your Propaganda against me, and i Please Demand you to apologize and retire your comments from this post.

If you are genuine, I am very sorry for jumping to a wrong conclusion, but your every action was like the Iranian thief I have dealt with. No need to be so defensive. All I'm doing is issuing a WARNING to everybody to please check domaintools.com and contact the previous owners of the domain before going ahead. Just STAY SAFE and don't get conned people, even if this seller appears to have perfectly good intentions. Don't say I didn't warn you if things go pear shaped.

Well, what is funny is that the sillworks guy is also the guy I tried to buy Code.com once from and MK.com. Also tried screwing me, and also only pushed for Sedo.

The funny part is, this guy lives in Panama and talks like a halker just like that sillworks guy. And his statement about using Escrow is very sly:

He is saying he will use something LIKE escrow.com (sedo). And he will only use a service of serious trust. So therefore he will tell you that he doesn't trust Escrow.com.

Still, Booth, why in the world you'd send a wire transfer to Panama for $35,000 is beyond me. Lesson learned though!

PS
It is funny that this guy says he is new in domain industry but fully knows about Sedo.com and ICANN.

cmail.com for sale!

Hi, i live in Panama as the whois said, thats not a secret, my english is not perfect, i apologize for that,
I Run a small Webdesign and php Firm so im not apart at all from stuff like this.

I will sure use escrow.com i know people who use it for many transactions without any issue, but i will think twice in putting a huge amount of money in the hands of stranger or putting my domain in jeopardy.

I Trust here we are Serious buyer & Sellers

Best

what is " and talks like a halker" ??

I don't think anyone will buy this domain anymore, at least not on this forum. Even if you're genuine! Something about you and this domain just doesn't feel good.

To Admins: Please close this topic.

Why are people making such accusations in this sales thread with no PROOF - We consider it Sales crashing whether its true or not in either case BTW.

We have "Report Bad Post" buttons under Every post for a reason here - We also have a "Contact Management" section here for a reason .... It's so people aren't accused of being a "Iranian Thief" for no reason and possibly ruining peoples Reputations for no reason .....

While I can't say anything about the validity of this Sales thread ATM , I can say he's apparently exactly where he says he is - In Panama , NOT IRAN.

Unless you see YOUR domain in a thread for sale - You never Crash the threads .... NEVER - You report it to Staff , Moderators , or Management.

Mark, I have no intention of ruining threads for people. I was just issuing a warning to people to TAKE CAUTION. Sure, someone can go ahead and purchase cmail.com - it might turn out to be a sound buy. However, please don't complain if it turns out to be an illegitimate, stolen domain. As I say, do your homework people. This is my message.
