same problem here but something more nice happened.
I've reg'd a name and I've seen that it doesn't work, I've reg'd it twice...I was charged 2 times...and the name seems to be available. Today I've seen that it works and since I wasn't have money in my account I've pleased a friend to reg it and make an internal push and guess what happens. He reg the name but the name doesn't appeared in his account and worked in my account

Review

They have perhapes the best rates for .co.uk. But the support is two slow. I have a domain in processing for last 8 days now. i.e. i got the registration confirmation, but the domain is still availale every where

and the ticket is unsolved more than 48 hours passed.

Won't Be Using Them Again

Had a couple of domains registered with them. Decided to check out a sale they had on SSLs. Used their customer service chat to get information on what else I needed to set things up. Was told I needed additional services and the SSL would be compatible. Paid for all services recommended. Received an email later that I could not use the SSL with the other services I purchased. I asked for a refund of SSL and all other services. Was told they would refund the SSL, but not the other services. I explained that their customer service rep. apparently had given me bad information. Regardless, they would not refund my money.

Totally swindled.

crap.

I will never use them again. I reg'd 7 names a week ago, and they are still not activated, and the domains I have hosted with them magically lose their DNS servers, resulting in downtime, lost income, and wasted time on the phone/internet resolving the problems. Yes, they have great deals, but at what real price?

The worst registrar I have ever dealt with.

Just simply the worst registrar I have ever encountered. There support is non-existent. They lie to you repeatedly if they even answer at all. I will never use them to register names at. I would advise anybody considering using them for cheap pricing to consider price vs Value. They are cheap, but they really aren't worth it. Should be reported to Icann. I am disgusted.

Review

I used them for 7 years until about 1 month ago. They said renewals were in process, and after several support tickets, hundreds of calls to them, and formal complaints to icann as well as enom, I still lost 3 of my best domains- and there was not a single thing any one of them did about it. They won't even refund my renewal fees!

I've learned my lesson! I am transferring ALL of my domains from that sorry-ass registrar! (i'm a little bitter...)

Crap

Haven't been able to reg a domain in over a month due to their problems, and my hosting has gone down 4 times this month for seeveral days.
GARBAGE. STAY AWAY!
I have been waiting for an online chat rep since 12:30, it's now 4:40.

Their site is so slow I almost want to let my domains expire. Transferring domains away from them is like paying to get punched in the face.

Bad expierence, bugs.

they have bugs, after I payed for a domain, they told me that my domain process failed because I didnt have enough money in my account as the domain was... which was false.

Don't try to get a refund from RegisterFLy, it will take ages. That happened to me, I got tired and I finished regging even more domains... what a crap

Registerfly Registration Difficulties

I tried 10 times to register 1 simple .info. 10 times came back as registeration failure due to script errors. Charged me and will not let me registar domain. And I am still waiting and trying to get the domain even they charged me. It has been 8 hours of going through this. No response from customer service as of yet.

8 hours? It's been a month and a half for me. And counting.

Rofl. Now I get an email from this morning after the 10 tries of getting the domain. And this is what they have to say:

Yet when I try to log in under much difficulty. I have 2.99 sitting in my account which was taken from my paypal to pay for the domain. I click on view under the amount where it says paypal $2.99 and view. I get a script error 404.

Pfft. This is crazy. Thumbs down for tech support, customer service and registration.

It appears maybe they have someone who runs 1 computer for all the orders and does not have the time, patience etc.(I could be meaner - but trying to be nice here)

A liability

An appalllingly bad service. Failed renewals, unsatisfactory support, monies not refunded/credited and it seems a dismissive attitude towards it customers. Will be removing all my remaining domains from Registerfly ASAP and never using again

Appallling service, lost domains, monies not refunded

By a very long way, the worst Registrar I have ever used. Dismissive, unresponsive. Multiple failed renewals causing lost domains, but funds still taken and not refunded.

Be warned - in my experience this is one registrar you should avoid like the plague!

Well, It just goes to show how RF is just off the market. But there is a thread going on right now on how enom has cancelled their contract with RF.
