The click rate depends on the keyword & the current bid but with my experience with them at the moment, I have yet to get paid over $1 mark which indicates that sedo's advertisers are on a budget or sedo is making a very huge profit.

Yeah, if your looking to get some revenue from parking your domain it would depend really what your looking for. But for basic parking and etc I would have to go with Sedo like you guys said. :tu:

I'd have to suggest Sedo first, then expand to others as necessary. Rinse and repeat.

seems like sedo is the no. 1 then.

next question. say you had a domain that generated around 650 visits daily or 19500 visits monthly, what sort of income would you be looking at?

basically what is the average click thru rate and the min and max amount they pay per click.

thanks!

All depends on how targetted the links placed on the domain are, if it's a descriptive domain with accurate links, such as a gambling/loan/software type site you should do well.

I have click-thrus ranging from 4% to 20%, 20% has average of just €0.04, whereas one of mine which has 6% is averaging €0.20. Overall I'm averaging 11% with the domains I have at Sedo.

With 650 visits daily, say a 10% CTR, av. 7c, around $4.50 a day. Seems a fair estimate without knowing the domain/keywords.

Exactly, it just depends on all of those factors, really. Try it out and see how it goes! :)

I'm suprised no one has mentioned Domain Sponsor. I'm with their premeire program and i'm getting $14-$15 CPM. Definetly give em a chance if you have an opportunity. What CPM do you all usually get with sedo? I've never used them.

Peace,
Joe

do they pay via paypal ? is there a joining fee?

Anthony: Many people are getting higher CPMs with them then that, check around.

Bill1: No paypal, but joining is free. You just need around 1000 hits a day to join the premiere program. Even if you don't have that their normal program is pretty good.
