Who's got the dirt cheapest targeted traffic?

I just saw a place where I can order traffic from someone who registers names that have dropped, but still receive traffic. This looks interesting. I should be launching a dating site in the next two months and when it starts up, I plan to do some heavy advertising at local colleges. I'm going to show traffic stats on the site to persuade people to sign up despite having almost no members (in the beginning). My hope, is that people will see the traffic and think that it is a popular site. Where can I order cheap American (preferably singles related) traffic? I would like to get at least a few signups from the traffic. I've been working on it for 6 months now and it looks awesome. It will also be totally free, so new members should not be hard to acquire. I want a slow and steady stream (maybe 500 or so unique hits per day for a few months). Where are some places to go for this? Please post your recommendations below, no PM's about this please.
