May be $5000-ish, if anyone is willing to buy long tail.

I'm not the best person to give advice (I have only sold 2 domains), but it all depends on how the names are going to be used (or how you think the end user will use the names). For the most part, they have to make grammatical sense in English and even when they do, after some Googling, I often find that it is not the most common term used (And my native language is English).
So, if I look at your list to see what makes grammatical sense and has an end use...

spafund.com - either a super fund with the initials SPA? or cute money boxes with 'spa fund' on them?

fundcourses.com - There are several grant finder type sites, but this could be a domain for another. It would be short for funds for courses. It would be slightly better English to use 'course funds', but this way round could work.

I dont have any ideas for the rest, so I think that others would also struggle to see an end use and therefore the value.

They're not the worst ever posted in the Appraisals section, but I wouldn't call them lucrative, or even good. One or two of them might find a use one day but I can't see any with a broad appeal.

Buying names we think are great only to later realise that they're not is something we've all done, but you've found a great place to learn.

Good luck (y)
