GoDaddy: Left hand still doesn't know what the right hand is doing

I keep getting these emails from GoDaddy:
"Your Payment Method Isn't Valid"
which then instructs me to update my credit card info or risk losing the names that are on auto-renew.

Problem is all my payment methods (credit cards) on GoDaddy are valid. One expires in 4 years, another in 2 years, and the 3rd in August.

I even spoke with a GoDaddy rep a few weeks ago about this very problem. He said, yeah, my payment methods are up to date, don't worry about it.

Yet I keep getting this crap.

And any emails to my account rep are never returned.

Just do your damn job, GoDaddy. I pay over $2K in reg fees alone each year. Fix the damn problem and stop threatening me with loss of names.

Thanks for pointing this out, I'm going to DM you.

Well, that didn't work now, did it? Those emails still keep coming...

I'll keep posting here to make sure there's a public record in case one of my auto-renew names doesn't automatically renew due to GoDaddy's inability to bill correctly.

Can you share the sender email who send you this regular emails ??
is there any url link in the email you receive and asking you to update through this link ??
Check carefully about the sender of this emails , maybe scammers creating emails using the word godaddy trying to get your bank a/c or credit cards info . ( i said maybe )
Nowadays common fake emails are sent from scammers using famouse brand names like godaddy or amazon or ebay etc..

No, it's GoDaddy. James Iles (see above) knows about it.

I'll alert your rep again - wondering if it's a related product that's expiring, rather than a domain - but as I say, I'll make sure your rep knows. Thanks for updating.
