It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

This domain is owned by LegalBrand Marketing, aka Braden Pollock.

This happened to me, before this. My PianoMoving.com debacle.

Epik removed the domain from my account without authorization, notification, or a refund.
It was the only domain I had at Epik, because I had no choice as it was locked.

It disappeared with no record of it moving in their system.

It was only after I noticed it missing weeks later, that they provided a refund and lame excuse...

My issue is right around the same time this debacle started, but it shows domains can be removed from your account with no notification or record of it happening.

Well, Brian Royce said he paused "escrow" services.

Take that with a grain of salt, with all the other stuff he has said that was not true.

But, if it is true, it kind of makes "escrow manager" a redundant position.

Yeah, we got to the bottom of that part in the thread.

It was supposedly in a payment plan at the time, Epik said they let it expire on accident, it went to NameLiquidate.com where I bought it, then they removed it from my account without authorization, notice, or a refund until much later.

I have talked with @Braden Pollock about this. I am confident he had nothing to do with it. Epik had control of the domain and f*cked up before, during, and after the sale.

The relevant part though is it showed that a domain can be moved internally by Epik without authorization, notice, or creating any record.

It just magically disappeared from my control panel. If I had more domains I likely would have never noticed it.

Well, that is a different company than "Terrahost AS".

There is no way to know what assets "Terrahost USA LLC" owns.
The governors are (individual) Rob Monster and (entity) Epik Holdings Inc.

I still have a lot of questions about what the reported acquisition of Terrahost actually included.
There have been mixed reports.

What did they actually buy?
Was it funded in cash?
Was it funded in loans?

Who knows.

It is impossible for us to know what was/is behind the domain privacy.

Maybe this was one of the assets that Epik listed for sale, and it was transferred to a new buyer.
But was it already in possession of Rob's company before that?

What about the other missing domains?

exactly, it's exactly what I'M experiencing, lot of domains left from my account without me to know, I asked them a list of domains that left my account since last years and they say that they cannot produce that list.

also, like I said since 2001 I never let a domain expire, never, not even stupid domains, eventually if I didn't had $ to renew domains I will ask Rob to anticipate and I will give back right away, I have all evidence about this.

It is clear at this point that Epik is not able to carry out the basic functions of a registrar (registrations, renewals, transfers).

The longer this goes on, the more customers who are going to be damaged.

People who are effected by this should really start filing complaints with ICANN -

well, if you know the deals we use to make and the friendship that was between of us, you will not say that was a bad idea, an anyway the advanced money was always paid back quickly without any problems and domains back to my account
