I bought 2 domains that worth xxxx$ to xxxxx$ but the issue is that someone said that on these domains have trademark issues
1) Thehotmail.com:-
thehotmail.net and thehotmail.org is redirect to outlook.live.com
So is there any trademark issue on thehotmail.com
2) FbAvatar.com:-
Is there any trademark issue on this domain? Fb is only for Facebook?

Don’t register trademarked domains. Get rid of them. What you are doing is the definition of cyber squatting.

Microsoft has trademarks for Outlook and Hotmail
Facebook has hundreds of marks including FB

Both are fully capable of filing udrps on these names and routinely do. FB got quite a few last year of FB, Meta and their other words via udrp. They have lawyers monitoring this stuff and going after squatters.

Stop going after huge global companies with obvious trademark rights. They would have rights even without the marks because they have global recognition and have proven in use for decades.

The FB Avatar might slip by if they don’t want it but tell me who will want it but them?
