Hi,


as Dubai is growing more and more into a role of a capital for web3 / metaverse projects,
I thought it might be time to have a showcase thread for it.

WIth that, I mean of course all places / cities / kingdoms around Dubai as well;
e.g. AbuDhabi, Qatar, Saudi Arabia (which is btw. building the longest smart city on the planet called Neom, or: the Line).


A name I regged recently is emirate/fintech/com
regarding the last fintech summit in AbuDhabi for web3 projects, hosting speakers like CZ from Binance, the worlds largest crypto exchange.

And on Jan. 12/13 2023 there will be already the next event, seemingly the biggest metaverse/web3 investor meeting to date.

Things are growing fast in Dubai, as the needed venture capital is there; and the kingdom has its loud outspoken goal, to become one of the thriving & biggest, if not the biggest capital for web3 projects.

I think Etihad is a trademark.

You should drop that name.

But that does not necessarily mean, that you cannot use the domain / use eithad in your domain.

I would recommend to stay away from such things...

I hold AbuDhaby .com, and contacted a few websites (tourism, gov.), - none has come back to me.
