It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

Will Epic find the strength to pay next week?
There is no longer the slightest excuse to delay payments.
Remember how one of the excuses was that Rob was waiting for Brian to release funds, but then he broke his back and was in surgery? Well now he's recovered, but still no payment?

How about DisasterBucks.
Or Master and SlaveBucks, holding the customers hostage with their money. hmmm never thought about it like that. They are the master and we are the slave, I know weird.

Somehow Mr. First Review shill here is trying to absolve Epik of responsibility for this Masterbucks debacle, and turn it on the customers. Gaslighting 101.

I can assure you it is not the customers fault that Epik decided to "commingle" funds and that "the separation of operations wasn't there". Those quotes were from Epik CEO Brian Royce.

Can Epik take out a bank loan to pay off customers?

How can it be the customer's fault indeed, crazy man.

I feel I have déjà vu. The second time in context of trustpilot 5star reviews. Obviously, it is uncommon for genuine customers to post large texts as reviews. It is however common for _exactly one_ of Epik's officers (C?O - do not remember his exact position) or executives to write large and well-detailed pro-epik texts on different subjects (seen it on domaining blogs, and probably on NP). Is it him, by any chance?

Epik - fixit before the entire world knew about it! Seriously, how anyone can build a business and make money on E ... if E customers complain to each other.

Just wanted to come on here and say that I have been also waiting for payment since Oct 17, 2022 (not a huge withdrawal, like $9 or so lol).

I'm pretty sure I'm not ever going to see that money but I'll live with it. Sucks how this is all going down though.

Thanks for sharing everyone.

Has anyone been paid after those initial batches went out?

I am not aware of really seeing many, if any, reports of payouts recently.

It has been 3 weeks now since Masterbucks big "relaunch". That relaunch was after around (5) weeks of customer funds being frozen. In total this has been going on for around (2) months now.

According to TrustPilot reviews, this might have extended back even further.

From the Masterbucks website:

Operating Hours
9:00am EDT - 5:00pm EDT Monday through Friday Excluding US Banking Holidays

I want to understand how many working days of Masterbucks have already passed since October 11 (the first day of the updated Masterbucks).
What days are US Banking Holidays?

religion, etc. doesn't really matter whatsoever.
Hi

to the extent of the question, no it does not matter.

however, when considering the biggie picture,
the "religion card" has played a part in this and has been played more than once.

those who are believers or followers of the religion being preached, are more likely to trust, because of that faith and the words used.

how many truly believed and defended some actions, because of the religious language that was intermingled with business?

just throwing that out there....

imo....

I just completed a transaction using epik escrow (sold a site) last week. I only started researching if there might be a problem as the escrow manager is not replying my emails.

Customer support keep saying to check back. I messaged Tony on the 31st and not a reply till now.

Interesting, the buyer of the site I sold is being replied while I'm ignored the whole time. Mind you, the fund is still in epik escrow and not yet disbursed to masterbucks.

So I ask the buyer to ask for a refund and Tony has been silent since then. Aside from this, I plan to publish a review on trustpilot soon, a blog post on my site to warn others, and will raise alarm in a few facebook groups I am as many people still use them and are largely unaware.

Edit: to make this clearer, it used to be that both buyer and seller are copied at each stage of the transaction. I've used their escrow service before so I know the process. Also, Tony would usually reply a few hours later. Once a day went without a reply, I knew something was amiss. And here we are. By the way my fund is 8k usd (user paid with crypto)

Has the site you sold been transferred to the buyer?

The fund was disbursed to masterbucks within minutes of posting the above and letting epik know I'll take action. Now, the fee is $45+2.5% if I'm withdrawing through wired transfer and only 2.5% through crypto. I'm not too concerned about the fees. Where my fear lies now is how long it'll take to get the money. Am going to stucked in the abyss of the masterbucks queue? We'll see.
