A realtor is a licensed real estate agent or broker. The domain the way it is makes little sense (improper)

It means you belong to the (not all agents do), and National Associated of Realtors owns, the term Realtor, so trying to market it no one would touch the domain for trademark issue.

Just so you know I didn't have to google to get the advice, but now after what you said I googled and google agrees, "A Realtor is a licensed real estate agent or broker (or other real estate professional) who is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR)." And, no they don't say Realtor Estate Agent, they either call NAR members Realtors although they can called them real estate agents but only the term realtor means they belong to NAR. Hope that clears it up. Also, research trademarks and see if they agree in the term TM'ed.

It mean even if you belong to the national associated of realtors, you are not allowed to use it?

"The term REALTOR® is not only a trademark owned by NAR and protected by federal law, it's a valuable membership benefit that distinguishes members from other real estate licensees."
You still can't use it in a domain to my understanding, and a domainer having it looks like a squatter anyways. You are likely to face legal issues, I wouldn't touch the domain with a 10-foot pole.

Also, let me add if you had a domain with "Real Estate Agent" in it it would be better anyways a more broad term. And, their is no such thing as realtor estate. It's either real estate, property, and maybe a couple other terms but the domain simply makes zero cents not to mean the TM I stated.

So no business would want to develop it. Answer, this who is your buyer for a TM domain and why risk having it? And, can't you tell it doesn't make sense anyways?

Yeah, next time come here and ask sooner as you might have been able to get a refund at porkbun if you would have acted within 48 hours. I know godaddy gives at least that long but not 100% porkbun but their might have been a way but it's too late now.
