Even I with lower portfolio of domains is finding it difficult. How are you managing your domains so they are not expired before you know it?
I wish dan.com has a column for exp dates which we can filter with it and follow up. I'm sure they can get that data from some whois API.

Or is there any other service that helps you manage all your domains expiry dates in one place??

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Just set the names you want to keep to "autorenew" and then you never have to worry about names expiring.

Domain.io may be a good choice, or use an excel file.

Click "auto renew" on whichever registrar you're with. Problem solved

'Autorenew' would be a nice option but I would do that when the cashflow is reliable. Not now. Thx guys.

The other thing I forgot to ask is:

Is there a way to delete the already sold domain in other marketplaces automatically? Or else what would happen if the same domain is purchased on another marketplace?

I don’t see why you need a tool unless you have alot of domains. The only thing you need to know for sure is a registrars exact grace period on names you are wavering on dropping.

With the incessant reminder emails the registrars send on expiring/expired domains I don’t see how any drop can get missed unless a person doesn’t go online for months.

Best way to get one place is to use one main registrar.

I mainly keep my domains at 3 registrars. Once a month I renew my domains for the following month at each of them and I am good to go.

Auto-renew makes a lot of sense but I like to do things manually. Sometimes I transfer domains if I get a deal, or I might want to drop or liquidate names instead of renewing. I guess I just prefer to look them over before paying the bill.

I also actually use domain.io, but more so to make sure my names are listed everywhere and keep track of my sales. If you wanted to use it for this purpose of tracking expiring names in your portfolio it is capable of doing that

Best Regards,
Matt
