It's really hard to add domain to Afternic

My domain 37276.com was add by other people. I sent an email to afternic to ask them to remove it.
They reply that the admin email in the WHOIS information couldn't be detected and ask me to provide screen shoot.

But the whois info can be detected on www.namesilo.com/whois
It seems that their support just don't want to spend time to check whois and waste seller's time.

Their system is most likely automated so I doubt that any human has tried to check. They get thousands of names submitted a day so it would be a herculian task to manualy check. It's worth the 5 mins of effort to email a screenshot for the exposure you get on Afternic.

I have hundreds of domains that means I need thousands of mins to send screenshot.

Write an email and save it on draft. Everytime you have to send them email, you will have to add only the domain name and attach the screenshot.

It's definately far from perfect in that senario. Other marketplaces only require a TXT file to be added. Maybe they do this too?

Incidently, I have to send screenshots to Sedo too so ita not just AN that does it.

sedo support txt and cname verification. I have customer dns system so I just need to change dns.
Only afternic require screenshot since they have no other way to add doamin.

I joined afternic on Saturday. I have already added many domain names but I still need to add few hundreds of them because they are added by others. I have sent mail on Saturday to them about this. I hope to get response as soon as possible. A txt verification would be helpful. May I ask you how long it took for you to get a response?
