Hello,
I am kinda new in domain selling and I want to know which domain parking I should go for:
Should I go for afternic, dan or sedo?
Which one of the above generates some revenues?
And talking about nameservers, which nameserver I should set my domain to (dan, sedo or afternic)?
I guess when we talk about domain parking then we're talking about a nameserver and a landing page right?

i tried dan hybrid but not good Revenue for me?
is it good for you?
It may be premature for an conclusions, since this is only about a month into trying with them.

So far, one domain seems to be providing enough to cover the renewal costs and a small cup of coffee at Starbucks. It's a start....

How much are you making per click on that domain?

About 9 cents a click for that domain. Right now, earnings could buy a large Dunkin Donut coffee (a popular and less expensive coffee chain in New England).

Hello,

I want to experiment to earn domain name parking income. Is the extension important in the domain name I will buy? Is there any advantage to .net .io or xyz extension? Also, old domains or new registration, is this important?

From my experience in parking XYZs with Bodis for a while, they earn nothing or 1 cent maybe.
Anyone else that genuinely has / had any revenue parking XYZs? I highly doubt.

Only 9 cents? Very little...

Yes, indeed. This is my first test run using Bodis, and I really hope this isn't the best they can do.

Actually, I see now that I had a 39cents click credited to the account now with a different domain. That's progress, and may confirm what one member said, about taking time for the ads selections to be improved to maximize revenue.

estibot if generic word will give you what end user is paying for the cpc click and see difference google who is paying for that click eg see "ad" and offer the domain that sells the click. It is about earning but it will be different end users all the time.

Hi

since the bot doesn't provide ad feeds to any ppc platform,
then their results are irrelevant to cpc per click for a term.

you nave to use the source, not the horse.

imo...

Hi guys, this is my first time looking seriously into this matter.
I've tried to park my domain in the very past when I was not yet a domainer.
I did it with SEDO, getting very poor results.
Now I'm considering parking my domains with the DAN hybrid landers along with BODIS.

I never did that till now because I'm wondering if having a non-sale-focused lander may impact my domain sales. I mean it can confuse the potential buyers and don't drive the sale, doesn't it?

What are your thoughts about this?

Also, I'm getting roughly 1500 views per month rn.

How much can I expect to get in revenue from this amount of traffic?

Hi

how can we tell you what to expect... when we don't know what domains you have?

and, it seems you don't know if you want to park to earn revenue or park to get sales.

and... again, since we don't know what names you own, then we can't say if you'll get anything.

the more detail you tell, then the better others can respond to questions you put forth.

also, make sure you've read through other threads in parking section, so you can get benefit of other opinions.

educate yourself!

A buyer not able to see the buy info on a parked page is not worth your time. You want people serious about buying.

Hi
practically every domain i have sold, was parked with ppc ads
and the buyers were able to make contact.

received inquiry via email from bodis the other day about a domain

those who want to, or are looking to buy, will notice the "This Domain Name May Be For Sale" banner on the page.

imo...

Correct me if I m wrong. I think using dan-bodis combo, doesn’t allow your parked domains to use tier2. Instead, it directs to a sale landing page, with no ads. And although Dan doesn’t keep part of your profits, you earn less this way

Hi

if, it redirects to lander with no ads, then you won't earn any parking revenue.
