ICANN says domain available but registrar says no

When you search aripo.com on https://lookup.icann.org/en/lookup you get following message:
The requested domain was not found in the Registry or Registrar's RDAP server.

But when you try to buy this domain from different registrars such as Dynadot, Namesilo, GoDaddy etc. they all say that this domain is already registered.

What's going on here?

Domain has either been registered already(most likely the case if you found it on an expired list) and the actual paperwork isnt fully submited

Or -> another similar situation with a different cause...

Think about it ... godaddy isnt going to pull some big conspiracy to block people from buying domains from them... their in the buisiness of selling domains. so if theyre available they will obviously let you buy it.

Try doing a whois on the name and figure out when the person registered it.... where it's registered so on so forth .
