Howdy,
I'm new to Domaining and I'd love to get some opinions.
I've bought about eighteen domains. If there's one thing I think I am good at it, it's discovering unclaimed gibberish words that have a nice sound to them.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to discuss a business plan, but I'd love the opinion of anybody reading;
My theory was that I could sell my domains on a "Bespoke/Luxury" website alternative to Alter/Brandbucket-- but this has not proved as easy as I thought it might be. Generating buzz/website traffic has been exceedingly difficult.

If you were me, would you abandon the bespoke website approach and instead put effort into Brandbucket? Would you do something else entirely?
"Bespoke" website is: RadicalOutcore.Com

I'd love to hear your thoughts.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Put an effort into finding good names, that's all what matters. The approach is wrong, because you are thinking how to sell, instead of what to sell.
You get few excellent names and you can list each of them on the empty landing page with title ''Fuck you all'' and people will still buy. But place a few hundred useless domains on your site and you can be a SEO guru - you won't sell anything...
So, forget about your site for now and start digging good names.

Good luck!

Let me answer your question right out the gate. Buy a few good domains and try to sell them. Keep repeating.

Hello, marketplaces aren't the way IMO, just set up a landing page for them, domains get the best offers when the buyer already had the name in mind, not when they are browsing for ideas.

Go for the domains with the most value. BUT if you do go with the "unclaimed gibberish" use BrandBucket due to their audience reach.
