Flippa increased listing fees to $29!?

Hi,
I just wanted to re-list an auction today on flippa and it told me to pay $14 as a re-listing fees! however I know it's supposed to be $7.5 only but when I browsed their pricing I found out there's a new pricing structure and the standard listing fees became $29 instead of $15!

Now this is a turn off for me to continue selling on this stupid platform, I think they are doing this just to limit the number of garbage or starter sites being posted everyday but this is not a practical solution they just want to rip sellers off that's it.

Have to agree with @alcy. Flippa is a shaddow of its former self. It used to be free to portfolio list and 9 bucks for an auction and apart from the editors choice corruption it was pretty good. Now on the domain side its reg fee names for the most part including the Editors Choice and the site sales feels so scammy.

I've just stopped selling there (sites) as it's not worth it anymore, even super sellers are now suffering from lack of bids and buyers not just me.

I am also wondering because 4 months ago it was working for me like a charm selling quality domains plus sites included I was getting at least 50-100 views plus 10+ watchers but now auction ends with 10-15 views and I am lucky if I get 2-3 watchers which happens to be tire kickers or competitors watching my auction.

Hopefully the new fees will mean better quality domains. When I look on the site, I see a lot of names I wouldn't even hand reg, let alone pay the 10k asking price.

Established websites? Looks like mostly newer wordpress installs with a few badly written articles.

What is the reason for Flippa's decrease in domain sales other than the raised listing fees? I haven't been there since 2017, so am trying to figure out what happened to them.
