Outbound Selling Tips?

I have zero experience with outbound sales and would like to know some basics and get some tips on how to get started.

My biggest question is, how do I search or scan for lists of people who may be interested (ex: scanning for all WhoIs info for owners with the word "Game" in their domain name) ?

Any other information will be GREATLY appreciated.

Google "game" top places have "ad" those people paid to be there. However be sure to have something to market. Eg; People trying to sell inferior names are running uphill battle if offering radicalgames dot xyz to eagames. Whole idea is you have ability to target a buyer or traffic when dreaming up new names.
