In my experience, states sell badly (you can also see relevant info on NameBio).
I myself have EnjoyConnecticut, Louisiana, Kansas and some other states on sale for $488, and there is not a lot of movement.
I'd try going from high $XXX slowly down during the year and see what's happening.

Mid / High XXX (wellness brand, other)

You may be sitting for a while. With regards to a little outbound, keep an eye on any emerging wellness / health brand coming out of Ohio (small business). Pitch your domain, capture their imagination. Finding them may be a tricky task in itself, but that's life...list on the main marketplaces too. IMO

Apart from the whole fitness/wellness centers (which I agree with) I would also go for all these modern fashionable things like mindfulness groups, meditation, yoga - basically anyone who claims to make your life better. These would be the people to find and outbound too.
