Note: Both are now premium domains. flavour.de $1500+ and beverage.de $700+
So I was thinking about Buying and Selling, and according to your, it will be not very good.

Beverage.de - Definitely a good keyword with low to mid XXXX. How much value is realized depends on the language and extension combination. If people use the term in Germany too often, this could be a great brandable to a company running a massive campaign.
