DAN.COM (formerly known as Undeveloped.com) is on a path to be become the biggest domain marketplace in the world. We use state of the art technology to solve everyday problems buyers and sellers in the domain industry face. At DAN.COM we focus on automating most processes required to buy & sell domains to increase a more efficient and active secondary market for domains.

What sets us apart is our strong focus on product development and customer satisfaction. We leave nothing to chance and every single feature and element we introduce is professionally and carefully designed and built.

DAN.COM is ranked in the top 5 best-rated marketplaces in the world (According to the biggest review platform Trustpilot) and in the domain industry, we're the domain marketplace with the highest rating with an average of 9,4 out of 10 points.

At DAN.COM you will get the highest value for the lowest commission around. Due to our domain transfer automation, we can offer significantly faster handling of domain transactions and payouts (usually within 24 hours) at the lowest fee charged by any domain marketplace.

We've been the first on many fronts and proudly will continue to keep innovating. We were the first to offer optimized for sale pages since 2013, the first to provide payment plans in the form of lease to own and rentals and also the first and only domain marketplace offering free SSL on all domains parked with us for over a year now.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
You'd expect that DAN has tools that monitor these things, and alert them even in the weekend.

We'd have to monitor browser software changes and fix issues that Chrome introduced? That's an advanced monitor right there :).

Jokes aside, only one seller used our support to report the issue. If more sellers contact us and provide details then we can fix this type of issue that occurs due to third-party changes faster than any product team in the market. But we need the right information to start with.

it would be awesome if there would be “watchlist” option for visitors/buyers.
When domain get “watchlisted” domain seller will get notification. When any price update happens visitor/watchlisters will get notification (by mail though) too. So it would help both sides to benefit i guess.

Nothing advanced here...
Beta (+1) and Dev (+2) channels are ALWAYS (FOR YEARS) available for testing...

Recently 95 was moved to Stable channel...
So 96 in Beta now and 97 in Dev...

Fair point and agreed; such things always trigger me. There might be advanced ways to monitor, detect and delve into these types of client side problems on your side because it's a dance between two parties. But as this seems to be a corner case, it may not be worth investing too much resources here. Same goes for doing a post mortem (was the code indeed correct on both sides).

The real question is:

When will this issue be fixed?

The problem is that everything is forcing auto-update these days and to disable it means literally disabling entire program sets at the OS level that check, download and install said updates.
Not necessarily. For me (brave), I just need to change [EDIT: just rename, nothing else] an exe file to stop it. You'll need to search Google to find what's yours

only one seller used our support to report the issue.
It was me.
I informed your LiveChat immediately and sent link to these NamePros reports...

p.s. Already 2nd Unresponsive design issue for last 3 months.
Hire another devs, who are not bound with Firefox only.

Good afternoon,

The issue is resolved by our team. You are able to submit messages in the transaction window again.

Best regards,

I have 2 names regged at NameSilo which are listed for sale at Dan (with name server ns1.dan.com and ns.2.dan.com), but the names do not appear when I search for them - When I try to press arrow from inside Dan dashboard to see the listing, then I get a server not found fail (Hmm. We're having trouble finding that site) - I have over 100 other names listed without problems, are there someone that can give me an idea of what the problem is and how to solve it?

Go and verify the name servers directly at namesilo, there might be an error in spelling.

You should query nameservers one level up, for the right TLD.

I have checked and there are no error in spelling - I have other names regged with NameSilo listed for sale at Dan and pointed to them with the same nameservers without any problems so it is very wierd???

@LaszloSchenk Can you guys please consider adding to the Buyer Control Panel the exact date and time messages are sent? The way it's currently set up, it's impossible to keep track of when messages were sent during that phase, which could be helpful in general but especially for transactions that take longer (usually due to a transfer that the seller can't or doesn't expedite). Thanks for the consideration.

It could be your registrar

Check with other marketplace landing page

If the the same happens contact your registrar to resolve it

Great! Thanks. I guess that applies to the seller dashboard as well. I was looking at it this morning from the buyer side but it's just better when everything is time stamped so both buyers and sellers could know when was each message sent, not only during negotiations but also during the transfer process. Thanks again. (y)

Good morning @wwwulff

We certainly can look into this for you. Could you send me the inflicted domain names through [email protected]?

I have sent an email to support and got a reply from Aleksandra who said I should wait for 48 hours because I had removed the names and re-listed them - The problem has been there for a long time and still exists - I have sent the names to you in a PM here.

It's NameSilo and I have checked a lot of others and there are no problems and I have other names there which also point to Dan without any problems.

Where you don't see your domains/listings, when using searchbox on DAN marketplace?
It is NOT realtime, they cache it... So just wait in this case.
