1. TrustPilot independently awards Epik 4.9 stars.

Were it not for a few trolls with fake 1-star reviews, it could be a remarkable 5 stars. I realize that there are a few vocal folks trollposting this thread who like to complain and say that Epik is incompetent but it is hard to fake awesomeness. The crowd eventually does get it right.
2. TrustRatings.com is indeed an Epik product. If TrustPilot ever becomes as woke-weaponized as Wikipedia has become, we have a backup plan in place. That is not about controlling narrative, that is about turning lemons into lemonade. We have not really emphasized that project but it allows us every domain in the Epik landers to have a ratings badge in the upper right without having to pay nosebleed fees to TrustPilot. For example, like this one that arrived earlier today:

As for the Epik brand, you have to keep in mind that Epik's market share is less than 1%. Despite being 1/60 the size of Godaddy, we do consistently outpoll them on NamePros. Why? Because we have a really good product and a very attentive service organization. We do listen to our critics and improve continually.
As for the reputation, it is worth noting that our TrustPilot score did not drop below 4.8 during this episode. We have more domains under management today than on September 13, and without any new promo, so far today nearly 1500 transfers into Epik have been initiated compared to modest 70 transfers out.
On behalf of the Epik team, I do want to thank the NamePros community for the continued loyalty and patience towards Epik. We certainly don't take it for granted!
