The question is in the title. I have many domains I'd like to sell in order to focus on my core premium portfolio. Sedo, Dropcatch, Flippa, GoDaddy, where do you sell your domains?

I'm confused. Is afternic and godaddy one and the same?

I thought if you put them Godaddy they automatically go on afternic.

no.
for domains with BIN if you put on afternic they'll be on godaddy and sales are coming.
for domains without BIN if you put on afternic leads are broken.

if you put domains on godaddy they are only on godaddy.

for make offer best combos are:
- landers (your prefered: your own or dan, daaz, sedo, godaddy (needs a server), etc...)
- godaddy auctions
- sedo

For bin+make offer only landers.
Godaddy and afternic are bin only. Except godaddy offers bin+65% bin as min offer, but it's not a real offer as on search results tou see bin only.

If you were going with Dan plus one other, would it be afternic or GoDaddy?

Plenty are trying it but you dont get more than one choice as terms don't suggest you try everywhere. I can say i have domains listed at godaddy that appear at afternic and expireddomains.net for most exposure. If you look at who closes most sales could say sedo if looking at keyword sales history but they basically started reseller industry.

List your domains at Afternic only because Afternic domains are automatically listed at Godaddy auctions.

I recommend to list your domains at DAN + Afternic +Sedo
DAN is best for landers
Afternic is a must because of it's large domain reseller network
Sedo also has a reseller network that is smaller that Afternic but still important.

Pesonally, I always liked Uniregistry marketplace quite a lot. Used to list my domains with them and buyers would come around pretty often. Now that Afternic has a listing problem when listing both with Afternic and UNI that doesn't work that well anymore and I decided to list with Afternic only instead of Uniregistry. Most of my sales have come from the Afternic fast-transfer network to be honest. Others include Sedo, Dan, GoDaddy and Uniregistry, as mentioned.

This is how I do it nowadays. Domains are parked at DAN.

Spoiler Alert!
This is not always the case.

It's only if your domain is registered with GoDaddy or a number of other domains registrars. Which mine are not. So I've listed on Afternic but am not eligible for fast-transfer or for listings on other sites because of this.

Not as you think.. this is only for fast transfer which is insta domain transfer after purchase. For domains registered in non premium registrars the domain will still be listed for sale at Godaddy but you will need to provide auth code upon sale.

I just searched in Godaddy for one of domains registered at non suported registrar and it shows up with BIN. The domain is also showing when I search for it in Godaddy auctions section.

I trust you are right, but only partially. It may also go on other sites, but only around 30 or so, as opposed to 90 or so if in the fast transfer network.

But what you have said is still good news.

@Ostrados

I just checked GoDaddy, and I can confirm my domains are there. At a crazy mark-up...!

How much is the difference?

For me all domains show at GD at original Afternic price regardless of domain registrar

Approx 41% markup

Approx 41% markup
You had better check up on that because something is definitely not right.

Some bad actor could be listing your names.

Hmm. Ok, should I write to Godaddy?

yeah, I would suggest it. Probably best to email auctions@godaddy (.com)

I thought it was standard practise.

I just checked and another domain is also on GD and also a large markup - 51%.
