Afternic won't process payout

Hello, everyone! There's a little problem I'm having regarding a small payout from Afternic and I wish I could get ideas on how to get the money out.

I expected to have received this money about a month ago, but no it wasn't sent. Yet, I have since received payment for a sale made afterward. I contacted support and ever since I have been getting a promise of something being done in "two days" or "a few days." They even claimed to have sent the payment at a time.

The last I heard from them was on Monday with a promise of something being done within two days. Apparently, nothing has been done.

Mind you this payout was for a sale made around the first quarter of 2020. I chose the "Hold My Payment" option then because it was too costly withdrawing the money using the option available to me. But now that I have been allowed a better option the payout just won't be processed.

Any idea of what I can do to get this money out, please? I find it hard to understand this delay considering how low the amount in focus is by Afternic's standards.

I didn't think it would be this hard to simply get paid.

Thanks for your response! It's good to see someone chip in something on this.

Yeah, I was wondering if @Joe Styler could help when he came to mind. Now that you mentioned @Paul Nicks it's nice to know there's someone else that could also possibly weigh in on this.

By the way, I am still waiting for the feedback promised for two days ago. :xf.frown:

It seems some bug appeared in Fast Transfer protocal.

"The auth code is being accepted by the system so they are stilling working with the dev and registrar teams to get more info. "

Sent @Paul Nicks an email already.
