With purchases such as Give.com for $500,000, Broker.com for $375,000, and Texas.com for $1,007,500, Oxley has spent millions of dollars over the past few years accumulating this collection. According to his website, the portfolio is worth more than $25 million.

Do you remember what Joe Biden said when india needed an ingredient used in manufacturing of vaccine which is to be exported by usa. Biden said " our first priority is to vaccinate our people'.
Well india found out a way to manufacture that ingredient in india itself. Google something and see how many vaccines india has given to other nations. This is a global and humane world where every country helps each other.

See when Brent sir sent lawyer naman Mohnot in the court on his behalf , it means that he is already served. Thats why he has sent his lawyer.
That's a seperate thing that naman Mohnot then lied and sent a fake affidavit to usa court mentioning that he never appeared.
In indian court notesheet ,name of naman Mohnot is clearly mentioned and court notesheet says " naman Mohnot appeared on the behalf of brent Oxley in alwar india. "
I informed and sent all the documents to usa judge as well during the last virtual hearing of usa courts.

Name of lawyer who represented Brent sir in india was suggested and recommended to him by ex ceo shashank of bigrock. Brent sir knew shashank during endurance times when he sold hostgator to them.

You are going to run into jurisdictional issues. An Indian court does not have jurisdiction over a foreign citizen and resident.

In the US for example you would need to have a US court with jurisdiction sign off on any judgment for it to have any legal force.

Any ruling in a court that doesn't have jurisdiction over you is largely meaningless.

In reality, you need to file in a court that has jurisdiction over a defendant and serve them.

Trying to proceed in a court without jurisdiction over a party is pretty much worthless.

I don't know if this will get you the results you want. Why not wait until the legal case plays out and then post the outcome. That will be interesting.
