Hi. I have dabbled in domaining ever so lightly in the past. Basically, I bought some domains, registered with sedo, afternic, and Godaddy auctions, then did nothing until a few interested people found some of my domains and bought.

I'm looking to take a more involved approach with Domaining, as I believe this is a great business model. But, so far, I've not had any luck with selling my domains.

They are mostly geo-targeted, industry-specific .com's. Godaddy values them each between $850 and $1,550. [I emailed some businesses that fit the description and "Crickets]. Would anyone be willing to give me some advice with how to convert these things? Do you know of any excellent resources or courses that really help newcomers achieve sales?

Thanks for ready, and I greatly appreciate any help.

Selling domains is not that easy and takes both quality and quantity to overcome a normal sell-through rate.

PM me if you want some advice.

Just send domain names into the Appraisal section, then you'll get specific advice about them. Also, you can pm me with names if you don't want to show them publicly.

On a more general note - outbound is not easy, you have to target very right people and quite many of them in order to generate a sale. Also, out of experience, the GEO niche is mainly $XXX, however all depends again, on specific names. There are many other nuinces apart from the domain name itself (how large your GEO destination is, a specific industry targeted etc).

Thank you for the very valuable advice. I will definitely go to the appraisal section. Much appreciated.
