I still haven't taken the time to find out what Clubhouse is. Shouldn't be so suck in the past if it's a valid sales method. Congratulations on the success!

Are you selling these via auction or BIN?

If you don't mind me asking, how many unique buyers on 133 sales?

Brad

Hi Brad,

I am auctioning them off, some have BIN others are no reserve... If it doesnt reach the BIN it goes into an auction format and you can choose to accept the offer or not, likewise if more than one person will pay the BIN it starts an auction.

I have sold them to various parties checking back records about 30 different buyers, some have purchase one name, some packages, others have bought more than one name at different times, on average there is normally 50 - 80 buyers/seller in the room... Sometimes higher just depends on the time of the day the auctions are running etc.

Yeah, it's definitely worth checking out from a domainer to domainer sales perspective both buying and selling some great names go every day for solid prices.

Maybe one day they will release the app for Android, a far more popular OS when it comes to usage in the world.

Brad

I was just about to say that.

With that said I would say give an ios emulator like bluestacks a try. that way you can "Clubhouse" via your pc. I used it before when I wanted to try an ios app years back but had no iphone and the app only came for ios.

I bet it can work for Clubhouse ios app. I'll give it a try.

Hey Robbie, I’m new to the domain game and i have a question. I understand around 1-4% turn through rate is expected. 133 domain sales is a ton! Is that more than 1-4% of your total portfolio? Also, could i get an invite please?

The sell-through rate you normally see listed of say 1%-2% is generally more for passive sales at end user prices which is usually like a $1K - $5K price range for decent, but not great domains.

If you are proactively selling domains, more to other domainers @ low $XXX prices on average the sell-through rate doesn't really apply.

Congrats, but I have to disagree on a detail.

You can definitely do this on NP and sell to other members. I had a few clearances with similar numbers and sold fast. Even 185 at some time. Everything has sold. Usually the last half in bulk to a fellow NP-er.

And it is likely much easier than having to talk through the deals.

How does the process work? It seems like the listing, communication, and transfers would take up quite a bit of time when it comes to that many domains.

Brad, basically it's been on the 'honor system' for now. Buyers and sellers basically get together after and workout payments and transfers. So far there's been no issues, but the prices are not huge, though there has been some 4 and even a couple 5 fig sales. As a lot of us have been in the various domaining related rooms the last 3 months or so, and have gotten to know each other pretty well and have built a trust factor amongst each other. Not a fool proof auction system but been going ok so far.

As you mentioned with similar numbers ONLY , but unfortunately NOT with similar prices as
he said the prices on clubhouse between 100 to 300 , but in namepros clearance prices is a blood
sucking , very low like x or maximum xx if you are lucky .

But what 's the average price of the sold domains?

I followed rapidfiredomaining a few times and noticed most of the names were sold around $100-300 or more low balls, a few good names sold maybe low $$$$ but not often

Better than the $20 you would be offered here. Its way better for liquidation imo. If anyone else needs an invite that has ios pm me.

I am not bashing NP, As I said I just haven't had that success on here...

100% Agree, Transfers are being done and is working on honesty between both parties, I have had a few nonpayers but I don't push until funds are cleared so not the end of the world but I would say 98% pay within 24 hours and complete quickly.
