afaik, DNSSEC is incompatible with parking but maybe things have changed recently?

Since I see you're using Bodis, better contact them (Bodis) and ask how DNSSEC works with domains parked with them.

careful guys ..domains are stolen from sav accounts.

someone removed and stole fup.,io and quantumcloud.,io from my account

that is the last biz i do with sav

I accidentally discovered this when the domain count in my sheets and sav did.not match.

dispeakable. @Nick R

I have dealt with 15 registrars over years...nowhere have names just disappeared or stolen. I have never felt as unsafe with others as with sav.

both domains were paid and renewed recently...then gone from account.

u guys need to keep an extremely close count of your domain counts on sav.

A General Reminder for Everyone:
When an issue does come up, please submit a support ticket to [email protected] and DM us the ticket number & your email so we can look into it right away. We are unable to look into any issues posted directly in this thread as we do not have a way to access your Sav account based off your NP username and want to keep all replies tracked in a ticket.

Afternic Fast Transfer - We are very close but do not have an official update to share yet.

.US WHOIS - We are aware of information being redacted that we are working on correcting. We are in communication with the registry as well.

@Hypersot - As much as we are looking forward to Autonomous Vehicles as well, we are here to stay!

Hi @Nick R , I think SAV has to improve a lot of things if you want to stay as a customer choice :

- you have to improve Customer Service. All issues have to be fixed no more than 1 day, even in working days or week end. 2 days standard to answer is too long time for support
- payment has to be done no more than 2 days. I got payment from Afternic and Escrow.com for XXX$ and X, XXX$ in no more than 2 days after finish the transaction, and it is for payment through different country Bank. I guest the payment itself is done in only 1 day in their finance department. SAV needs 7 days for payment less than 10 dolars to Paypal, it is very very very ridiculous
- There are a lot of bugs in the system

A lot headache to consumers you have to fix to get a standard registry and marketplace.

AFTERNIC FAST TRANSFER

if you want to opt into afternic fast transfer you need to remove your Sav names from afternic and re add them. Then go to the marketplace section of your Sav account and approve the pending listings.

Today I was able to get all of mine opted in by doing this.

Just want to add to this in that, this is how Afternic works with all registrars, not just with Sav.
Any time a domain changes registrar, it needs to get removed and re-added back to Afternic for Fast Transfer to work.

.xyz transfers never get added to panel after finished.. can u fix that?

all has to be done manually via support.

well no..it seems general issue..hopefully with only .xyz..

my last few transfers completed but they had to manually add them to panel..else they would be stuck in limbo forever.

u can tell your people to fix no?

hello @Nick R please help me, I buy 160 domains but it say Unsuccessful Items From Your Cart. I already send ticket but not answer. Please help me sir. I really need all domains.

@Nick R How SAV finance staff can be very un-proffesional Payment just under 10$ needs a week for payment, and after the time to pay they send the payment to me, no payment accepted in Paypal. I will not sell domains again through your marketplace. I'll better have my DomainSale.us and Kiddie.us back, only sold at SAV forr incredible cheap price and a bunch of headache.

I will not use your service again. Very-very bad... The worst I can see...

@pb - We do not currently but if you are looking to purchase a large volume DM me and Ill see what we can do.

@Surya Giri Kurniawan - We manually review all payouts multiple times per week. If you are still waiting on the payment after then reach out to our support team so we can check with out payout processor to see what the status is.

It seems that although i have approved all my sav.com names for afternic fast transfer that were eligible, the names are still not showing as in fast transfer at afternic, even after a few days. So, it seems that the sav system is not sending the authorization back to afternic? @Nick R

as I said I already had to submit tickets for each trnasfer just so they added the names to my account. else they remain suspended in nowhere land 4ever.

so u added them. tickets done. now in asking u why its happening..are u fixing it...or am I going to go thru this each time I transfer

I have been trying to purchase some .xyz and .rest domains, but every time it shows "The following items from your cart were not able to be processed. You card was not charged for these items. Please try to add these items to your cart again in a few minutes." I have tried several times in 10 hours apart, but always the same thing happened. I have already submitted a ticket.

@Nick R I have sent you a DM with the Ticket no.

I don't think thats the problem, because I added around 25 domains of different extensions in the cart. All the domains except for .xyz and .rest were successful. It is very unlikely that all the selected (around 18) .xyz and .rest were unavailable, some of them might be.

Also taking your words into consideration, I have just randomly checked some of those domains in Godaddy and Dynadot. They are indeed available.

either way I think sav has some issue with xyz ..when I transfer xyz to sav it never goes into panel..they have to add it manually.

This is absolutely aggravating,

I bought a domain on January 17 for $273.60 USD. This was paid upfront at the date. They kept saying it comes, it comes, and after a long while they told me it will arrive on March 16 when the 60 day expires.

I don't understand this, so the domain was registered AFTER they sold it to me?

Anyway 3 months later, today, I receive this message:

"The Transfer of the following domain was not able to begin

Domain name: ****

Reason: You're over your credit limit.
"
Not only I lost the sale deal I had for it, because the domain arrived way too late, now Sav wants to double charge me?

I have 11k domains with Sav. No, I'm not going to double pay for that domain.

Instead I want a refund for the original sum, for this way delayed domain that they did NOT have, or I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Not premium, just regular price at Dyna. Also checked multiple names, all available at regular price at other registers.
