@Dynadot current 'improvements' bore me. I don't really like any of the ideas, actions and initiatives from communist countries.
First of all, I know that they take distributed servers, which means that if you are from a communist area, then you will use servers from there and your data is subject to the local government.

Secondly, you must 'message authenticate' your account in order to take normal action.

Finally, if you want to withdraw your cash, then you will not be able to change your account information, including username, for at least 3 months.

I remember Todd Han once mentioned that someone wanted to buy his business but he turned it down. Now, what happened to Dynadot and why it has become such a bad experience? I really don't understand how these restrictions really help prevent online fraud. AFTERNIC withdrawals have a W-9 form, dan's payer is from a B.V business, and DYNADOT's PAYPAL payer is 'Todd han' not 'Dynadot LLC'. So, are you sure that everything you are doing is for the user's sake?

Now I tried to close the DYNADOT account, but I still need to comply with the 'payout policy' of maintaining the account information for 3 months.

In my opinion, your request is in line with CNNIC not ICANN.

What makes you think Dynadot is from a communist country?

OP is concerned about the servers being local (ie. closer to the user) instead of Dynadot using fixed servers in eg. the US. I don't think the OP claims that Dynadot is based in a communist country.

Well Well Well, Great Dynadot services.
======================UPDATE=========================
Since that happened in DYNADOT, I lost sales, but there is no way to make any remedy. I had to ask myself to leave and close my account. Since I changed my account information, I was asked to withdraw my account balance only on 22/5/2021.
I did, but then I ran into the same situation that the 'buyer' had suffered. DYNADOT said that to prevent fraud asked me to provide proof of identity.
WTF, WTF??? I have withdrawn money many times using the same PAYPAL, I logged into it using the only IP, what the fuck do I need to prove?

And interestingly enough I just saw the new withdrawal policy. They have added two more. But has anyone received an email or other written notice yet?

What games do @Dynadot want to play?

Can you explain how @Dynadot secures user data?
Do you have risk control?
And how do you use the user's information?
Are you a fucking financial company or a registrar?
Why is it mandatory for users to have "real name verification" (only the Chinese government has such a law)?
Do you follow US law or Chinese law?
