Metaverse is a fast growing keyword, term and niche! Let's share and discuss our name and news.

I've only got One to start with but its a GOOD one my favorite ending keyword on most names.

The best way to go about this might be to compile a list of 100 or more domains that you think are useful and viable and then make a shortlist of the top 20 from your list and finally choose 3, 4 , maybe max 5 domains out of your top 20 list to register.

better to register a handful of good domains than hundreds of mediocre ones.

Don't try to force a domain to work, and don't settle for second and third tire domains that no one wanted. But If you find a really good domain that has been overlooked by everyone else pull the trigger and register it right away while it's still available.

(This is the method that I use anyway)

It probably would be best to run your top choices by a few others that you trust before registering them (of course that is if you can find someone whom you can trust with an unregistered gem)

Just to add that no matter how you go about this you might end up with a few not so desirable domains and that's why you have to weed out your portfolio before the next renewals in order to get rid of the excess baggage and refine your collection, but then you have a year to sort things out and figure out which domains are worth keeping on a long term basis.

(at least that's what I do)

Disclaimer: I am more of a hobbiest and collector and still trying to learn the best way to go about some of these new trends.

like in many trends people will waste tons of money regging stuff unsellable.. but meta names were regged way back..al the good stuff long gone.

so it's a gamble with any trend. but without gamble it's not domaining. so that's the reason.

That is true for Meta keywords. Metaverse keywords depend on companies successfully building a working metaverse in the near future.

In my opinion, if you must get names, get Meta keyword names which will remain valid whether the metaverse happens or not.

We are already at the stage where industries are merging virtual worlds with the ability to socialise and trade digital assets.

At its basic form we are almost there.

That's why I have mentioned before, VR/AR merged with NFT tech is pretty much what the crypto world is referring to as the metaverse in a social platform.

Yeah I'm not saying the tech in the future won't be pretty impressive.

But to sell names we don't need the tech to be perfect. We just need end users who want to brand themselves around a future proof name.
